Meet Deb Sampson LMT, 200-E-RYT
After 26 years in the retail industry, I had a desire to make a difference in people’s lives. I started with yoga and became a certified yoga teacher in 2007. After working with clients and gaining a better understanding of how our body and mind work together, I decided to study massage therapy and graduated from Blue Sky School of Professional Massage and Therapeutic Bodywork in 2009. I hold a BA from UW-Oshkosh and currently pursuing my Masters in Counseling. As a massage therapist and bodyworker, I am aware of the far-reaching effect our lives have on others and the power of a healing touch. Each massage is client centered using a variety of modalities with a mindful, nurturing touch. I have a passion for helping others release restrictions in the body, find physical and energetic balance and achieve their health and wellness goals through a variety of modalities, positive thinking, and self-love.
Reiki
Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing based on the belief that there is an energy that supports the body’s natural healing abilities. Hands are placed just above the body or lightly touching, with the goal of directing energy to help facilitate the person’s own healing response. As a result, the body's natural self-healing mechanisms strengthen, helping to establish optimum health.
Mind, Body, Spirit: 90 minute Energy and bodywork
This healing session is designed around the person’s needs. It incorporates the healing touch of therapeutic massage combined with Reiki. This can be a great way to experience energy work while also receiving the benefits of traditional massage. A true mind, body, spirit connection.
